Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In plain words.
Effective and last updated: October 31, 2026Who we are
Mynifest® (“Mynifest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers founder-led goal coaching built on the Law of Achieved™, including private coaching experiences, programs and related products. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit mynifest.com, contact us, book a session or buy from us, and how we use and protect it.
Mynifest is an independently operated company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the founder’s current or former employers.
Our Goal Tracker app at mynifest.app has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use the app.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send a message through our contact form, we receive what you enter:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to add it
- The experience you are interested in and when you would like to begin
- What you share about your goal and what is standing in the way
If you use a Mynifest goal assessment or roadmap tool on this website, we receive the name, email address and answers you submit so we can give you your results.
If you book a session or buy a product or service, we receive the details needed to provide it, such as your name, email address and what you purchased.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. To protect the contact form from spam, we keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address for about one hour.
How we use your information
- Reply to your questions and requests
- Schedule, provide and follow up on coaching experiences and services you request
- Provide assessment or roadmap results you ask for
- Process and confirm purchases, and keep business and financial records
- Send service messages, such as appointment details or receipts
- Send news, offers or updates only if you have asked to receive them
- Keep the website secure and prevent spam, fraud and misuse
- Improve our website and services
- Meet legal obligations
Email communications
We use your email address to respond to you and to provide services you request. We send newsletters or promotional emails only to people who have asked to receive them, and every promotional email includes a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing does not stop essential messages about a service you have booked or purchased.
We do not sell your email address or share it with others for their own marketing.
Payments
Payments for Mynifest coaching sessions are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Any other purchase is processed by Stripe or by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page. We do not see or store your full card number or security code.
Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own Privacy Policy and terms.
Booking and virtual sessions
Sessions are booked through Zoom Scheduler and held by Zoom or phone. When you book or join a session, Zoom collects information under its own privacy statement. Please use care when sharing sensitive information in any group session.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide services, keep business and transaction records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. How long depends on the type of information and why it was collected. The anti-spam record of your hashed IP address is kept for about one hour.
How we protect information
This website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Messages from the contact form are sent to us by email, and site data is kept in private storage that is not publicly reachable. No website or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the website.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we have about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete information
- Withdraw consent you have given
- Opt out of promotional emails at any time
To make a request, send us a message through our contact form. We may need to keep some information to meet legal, accounting, security or contract obligations.
Children’s privacy
Mynifest.com and our services are intended for people who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, please let us know through our contact form and we will address it.
Other websites
Our site links to other websites and services, such as Zoom, YouTube, our social media pages and mynifest.app. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave mynifest.com, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the website after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy, to the extent the law allows.
