Our services
Mynifest offers founder-led goal coaching built on the Law of Achieved™. Our experiences support personal growth, goal development, planning, accountability and decision-making. They may include readings, private sessions, multi-week programs, certification and business roadmap services, held by Zoom or phone, as described on our Experiences page.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.
Not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice
Our experiences, assessments, articles, videos and other content are for general educational, informational, motivational and personal-development purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace a qualified professional.
We do not provide emergency, crisis or clinical services. Please consult an appropriately qualified professional about your individual circumstances.
No guarantee of results
Personal, professional, financial and wellness outcomes vary from person to person and depend on your circumstances, decisions, effort and actions. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result from our experiences, content or products.
Prices and payment
Prices, payment schedules and any applicable terms are shown before you complete a purchase. Payments for coaching sessions are processed by Stripe. Any other purchase is processed by Stripe or by the payment provider shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the service or product you select. Any taxes, shipping or other charges are shown at checkout or in your service agreement.
Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling
Coaching sessions: you can cancel or reschedule a coaching session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will not receive a refund, but you can still reschedule the session.
For other experiences, programs and products, refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary. The specific terms presented at checkout, in a service agreement, or in writing before you purchase apply to that purchase. We may set reasonable requirements for canceling or rescheduling appointments.
For help with a payment, cancellation or refund, please send us a message through our contact form.
Products and shipping
Product details, shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Orders ship within the United States unless stated otherwise.
Zoom, phone and virtual sessions
Sessions, calls, workshops and group discussions may be held on third-party platforms such as Zoom (“Virtual Experiences”). Participation is voluntary. We do not own or control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, security, technical issues or policies. Please review the terms and privacy settings of any platform you use.
Participation and community conduct
Each participant is responsible for their own decisions, health, safety, well-being and use of information shared in a session. Please treat everyone with dignity and respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, hate speech, disruptive behavior and inappropriate solicitation are not allowed, and we may remove a participant or limit future participation if these guidelines are broken.
Confidentiality and group privacy
We treat what you share in a private session as confidential, except where you authorize disclosure, where it is needed to provide a service, or where the law requires it. Our coaching is not an attorney-client, physician-patient, therapist-client or other legally protected professional relationship.
In group sessions, please do not assume that what is said is confidential, and use care before sharing sensitive information about yourself or others.
Recordings
If a Virtual Experience is recorded, participants will be told when reasonably practicable. By taking part in a session identified as recorded, you acknowledge that your voice, image and comments may be captured, subject to applicable law. Please do not record, share or publish a Mynifest session or another participant’s comments, image or personal information without permission, except where the law allows.

Opinions shared by guest speakers, coaches or participants do not necessarily represent the views of Mynifest. The appearance of a guest, business, product or service in a session or on the website is not an endorsement unless we say so.
